I was down at Basin Harbor on a beautiful day last week and I came across a really nice Escape for dinner cruise on Lake Champlain. The food there is awesome and the staff is very accommodating.Lots of weddings there this summer and autumn with lots of beautiful gardens.

Last thursday I had a wonderful lunch on the spirit of Ethan Allen. I met with Sarah Chasee their wedding coordinator. I also met the new chef Steve Beaulieau from Huntington who is a graduate of CIA and it showed with an array of salads and fresh ship made desserts.
